Before founding Samantha Parrinello Executive Coaching, Samantha spent a decade leading high-performing teams at Michelin-starred restaurants in Nashville and Miami, mastering the art of operations, leadership under pressure, and team development. She later brought these skills to Viking Capital as Growth Marketing Manager, where she helped scale the company’s brand presence, fuel strategic growth, and drive measurable results.
Through her dual expertise in business operations and growth marketing, Samantha developed a unique perspective: true leadership isn’t just about hard skills or creativity – it’s about aligning vision with execution, connecting deeply with your audience, and adapting strategies that drive real, sustainable growth. It was this insight that inspired her to launch Samantha Parrinello Executive Coaching creating a platform to help others sharpen their leadership skills, master strategic growth, and build the confidence needed to excel in today’s competitive landscape. In November 2024. Samantha expanded her mission further by co-launching the Wealth Unfiltered podcast with her husband, Chris Parrinello. Together, they combine their expertise in finance, real estate, and operational excellence to deliver tangible strategies that help listeners grow their wealth, navigate today’s evolving economic landscape, and build lasting financial freedom.
Outside of her professional life, Samantha is all about family, adventure, and connection. She and Chris have been married for five years and are proud parents to a beautiful daughter. Samantha was blessed to become a bonus mom to this incredible daughter whom she loves and parents as her own. As a family, they are passionate about international travel, food, and wine – always chasing new experiences and memories together. Samantha has a twin sister and an older brother and comes from a large, close-knit extended family. She and Chris prioritize traveling across the US. to stay connected with loved ones, believing that relationships both personal and professional – are at the heart of a meaningful life. Today, Samantha brings her operational excellence, marketing savvy, and leadership development strategies to audiences and clients around the globe. Whether on stage, in coaching sessions, or through her podcast, she equips audiences with actionable tools, sharp insights, and the motivation to turn ambition into lasting achievement.
